In this Blog we are going to see how to recall sent email
In our scenario Today i have sent an email, which i put it wrong information in the email, whatever the reason i want email back, i want the person i send it to not to see that.
What are the steps involved in that.
I am using Outlook 2007
Go to sent mail you want to recall
OPEN MAIL---->MESSAGE-----> OTHER ACTIONS----> RECALL THIS MESSAGE
IT WILL OPEN RECALL THIS MESSAGE DIALOG BOX
Select delete unread copies of this message
also select on tell me if recall succeds or fails for each recipient.
